Standard Shell scheme Stands
Our Octanorm system has the flexibility to construct exhibition stands in any configuration the minimum being a stand of 2m by 1m. Our profiles are white and fascia boards could be white or blue. In a standard Booth, we provide as a package, one rectangular or round table, two chairs, two spotlight 100/80 w, one power socket 13amp and fascia name.
Custom/Designer Stands
We are capable of designing custom made stands according to the customer’s desire. The stands may be done in Octanorm, MDF boards, maxima or wooden. The stands will be designed to meet a specific requirement of the client and should be ordered in advance.
Display equipment:
We have in stock a good number of display equipment to suit individual requirement of exhibitors. These include glass show cases, plights, flat shelves, wire mesh and hooks, cloth hangers, card bowels, catalogue holders, podiums, Roll up, pop up, lockable counters, chains, LCD flat screens, refrigerators, LED projectors etc. Kindly fill in the order form to reserve the equipment of your choice even if not on the list.
Furniture
We provide furniture to meet exhibitor’s requirements. Furniture in stock include, leather sofa sets, counter chairs, bar stool, round tables, ash tray, dust bins, executive chairs, visitors chairs, flowers and vessels.
Exhibition Tents
Exhibition Tents are available for hire for outdoor events. Tents varies in size, the smallest being 6m by 6m, Marquee Tents of 55m by 15m could be arranged from our associates in Kenya. Except for the marquee tent, the other tents could be erected quickly.
Stand decoration
Our associate company provides professional stand decoration services. They are able to decorate stands and tents in Corporate colors in silk cloth, vinyl, balloons, stickers, fresh flowers, bush plants, lighting etc.
Printing and Graphic
Limited to serving our customers only, we have a small unit with our own plotter cutters and large format printer to write FASCIA names, and printing of banners and other graphics for our clients. We can outsource on behalf of exhibitors/organizers printing work, which cannot be done in house.
Support To Exhibition Organizers:
We extend support to exhibition and show organizers who are not based in Dar es salaam by availing, for their free of charge use, of our air conditioned fully equipped and furnished office at our Head Office during the period preceding the holding of the exhibition and a few days after the exhibition to wind up their businesses. Utilities such as phone, fax, emails, photocopying, etc. could be used on a prepaid basis.At the organizer’s request, we can assist in engaging security firms to provide security services during exhibition. The organizers will pay separately for the service. We welcome organizers to organize joint exhibitions; we will work jointly with the organizer to conduct local and overseas exhibitions for agreed terms and conditions. We may assist organizers to book suitable venues for their exhibitions at the organizers expense.
